Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees and hotel property. Requirements typically include relevant hotel, commercial or security experience, supervisory ability, good knowledge of emergency procedures and local regulations, and strong communication skills in English and Cantonese. The successful candidate is expected to supervise security officers, monitor surveillance systems, conduct patrols, investigate incidents, manage access control, respond to emergencies and prepare accurate reports. A professional appearance, sound judgment, physical fitness, integrity and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. Previous experience in a luxury hotel or possession of recognized security training or licensing in Hong Kong would be advantageous.
