Security Officer

Job Description

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, hotel property and company assets. Requirements typically include relevant security experience, good physical fitness, alertness, integrity and strong communication skills. Previous hotel, hospitality or customer-service experience is advantageous, while a valid Hong Kong security personnel permit or the ability to obtain one may be required. The candidate is expected to monitor the property, control access, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, assist guests professionally, complete reports and follow emergency, fire-safety and company procedures. Shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays, is normally required.
