The role requires good attention to detail, the ability to read basic drawings or measurements, and confidence in diagnosing and completing maintenance work independently. The successful candidate is expected to deliver high-quality workmanship, respond promptly to service requests, maintain a professional appearance, follow hotel safety standards and cooperate effectively with engineering, housekeeping and other departments. Cantonese and conversational English would be useful in Hong Kong.
