The Floor Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service, high guest satisfaction and compliance with Shangri-La standards. Typical requirements include experience in a hotel or restaurant environment, supervisory or team-lead experience, good spoken English, strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude. Responsibilities may include coordinating floor staff, assigning sections, monitoring service quality, handling guest requests or complaints, supporting opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness and food-safety standards, and liaising with the kitchen and other hotel departments. The successful candidate is expected to remain composed during busy periods, coach colleagues, follow procedures accurately and demonstrate flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
