Job Description

The Guest Relations Officer welcomes guests, supports check-in and check-out, handles enquiries, coordinates special requests, resolves concerns and helps create a personalised luxury-hotel experience. Candidates should usually have hospitality or customer-service experience, strong spoken and written English, good grooming and professional communication skills. Additional languages are advantageous, particularly for an international guest base. The role requires confidence, patience, attention to detail, discretion and the ability to remain calm during busy periods. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected. Familiarity with hotel property-management systems and local Singapore attractions is helpful.
