The Service Associate – Finance Risk Control supports daily financial controls, transaction reviews, reconciliations, reporting, documentation, and compliance checks within the hotel. Candidates should usually have a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, along with strong numerical and organisational skills. Hospitality finance experience is helpful, while familiarity with accounting systems, spreadsheets, audit procedures, and internal controls is advantageous. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, integrity, and the ability to identify irregularities or control weaknesses.
