The Senior Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets at Shangri-La in Hong Kong. Duties typically include patrols, monitoring CCTV and access points, responding to incidents, preparing reports, supporting emergency procedures and enforcing hotel security standards. Candidates should have relevant hotel, commercial or law-enforcement security experience, good knowledge of safety and emergency procedures, strong observation and communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A valid local security qualification or licence, basic computer skills, English and Cantonese communication ability, shift flexibility and a professional service attitude are likely to be expected.
