Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor supports the hotel’s Security Manager by supervising daily security operations, protecting guests, colleagues and property, monitoring CCTV and access control, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, maintaining records and coordinating with emergency services when required. Candidates are generally expected to have relevant hotel, hospitality, commercial or security experience, good knowledge of emergency procedures and local regulations, and strong communication and leadership skills. A valid Hong Kong security personnel permit or the ability to obtain the required licence may be necessary. The role requires professionalism, physical fitness, integrity, discretion, reliable incident judgement and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
