Security Officer

Job Description

The Security Officer helps protect guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets while maintaining a welcoming service environment. Typical duties include monitoring entrances and CCTV, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, managing access control, preparing reports and assisting during emergencies. Candidates should have relevant security or hotel experience, good communication skills, a professional appearance and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A valid Hong Kong security personnel permit, basic computer skills, Cantonese and English communication ability, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays are normally expected. First-aid or fire-safety training is advantageous.
