Job Description

The Finance Executive – General Accounting is expected to support daily accounting operations, including posting journals, maintaining ledgers, preparing reconciliations, processing invoices, assisting with month-end closing, and producing financial reports. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with relevant hotel or commercial accounting experience preferred. Familiarity with accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, Malaysian financial practices, and basic tax requirements is advantageous. The successful candidate should be accurate, organised, discreet, deadline-focused, and comfortable working with colleagues across departments. Good communication skills, integrity, and the ability to investigate discrepancies and maintain reliable financial records are important.
