Chef De Partie (Waterfall)

Job Description

The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a designated kitchen section, preparing and presenting dishes consistently, and supporting smooth daily food production at Shangri-La Singapore. Candidates should have formal culinary training or equivalent experience, practical knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, hygiene standards, and kitchen safety. Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant is preferred. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, reliable organisation, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to maintain quality standards, control food wastage, follow recipes, keep the workstation clean, and support junior team members.
