The Director of Operations oversees the resort’s daily operations, ensuring excellent guest service, financial performance, brand compliance and smooth coordination between departments. Candidates should have substantial senior management experience in luxury hotels or island resorts, strong knowledge of rooms, food and beverage, guest relations and operational standards, and proven leadership skills. Experience in an international hospitality company, preferably in the Maldives or a similar destination, is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead and motivate multicultural teams, manage budgets, resolve guest concerns, support commercial objectives and maintain high standards of safety, quality and sustainability. Strong communication, organization, decision-making and problem-solving abilities are essential.
