Reservation Executive

Job Description

The Reservation Executive manages room and accommodation enquiries, processes bookings, amendments and cancellations, and ensures accurate information is recorded in the hotel’s reservation system. The role typically requires a diploma or equivalent qualification, previous reservations, front-office or customer-service experience, strong English communication skills, computer literacy and good attention to detail. Experience with hotel property-management or central-reservation systems is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to respond promptly and professionally, convert enquiries into bookings, promote room packages and upgrades, coordinate with Front Office and other departments, and maintain high service standards. Flexibility for shift work, weekends and public holidays, together with a polished manner and ability to work under pressure, is generally expected.
