The EDB Coach role supports and develops Everyday Banking colleagues by providing practical coaching, feedback and guidance on customer conversations, banking products, service standards and operational processes. The successful candidate is likely to have experience in banking, customer service, coaching or sales, with strong knowledge of retail banking and a customer-first approach. Requirements include confident communication, the ability to motivate others, sound judgement, attention to risk and compliance, and the capability to use performance information to identify development needs. ANZ would expect the candidate to build trusted relationships, demonstrate its values, encourage consistent customer outcomes and help team members improve their confidence, capability and performance in a fast-changing banking environment.
