Senior Project Manager

Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is expected to lead complex banking projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication. Requirements typically include substantial project management experience, strong knowledge of delivery frameworks, proven leadership across cross-functional teams, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in financial services, technology, transformation or regulatory change is advantageous. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with senior executives, vendors and technical specialists, while maintaining strong governance and customer focus. Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum certification may be valued.
