Job Description

The Vendor Debits Process Lead manages vendor debit activities, including deductions, claims, reconciliations, dispute resolution and process controls. The role typically requires experience in procure-to-pay, accounts payable, vendor management or shared-services operations, with strong knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems. Candidates should understand debit-note processes, financial controls, reporting and process improvement. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills are expected, along with the ability to coordinate finance, procurement, suppliers and internal business teams. Experience leading teams, standardizing procedures, monitoring service-level performance and supporting automation or transformation projects would be advantageous. Fluency in English is normally required, while knowledge of Malaysia-based operations and additional languages may be beneficial.
