The Vendor Debits Process Associate supports vendor debit, accounts payable and related finance processes. Typical responsibilities include reviewing debit notes and invoices, validating transactions, resolving discrepancies, updating ERP records, responding to vendor queries and meeting accuracy and turnaround targets. Candidates generally need a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related discipline, along with basic understanding of accounts payable and financial controls. Experience with SAP or another ERP system, shared-services operations and Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
