The Accounts Payable Senior Associate is responsible for processing supplier invoices, validating purchase orders and receipts, resolving discrepancies, preparing payment runs, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role typically requires a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, along with relevant accounts payable or procure-to-pay experience. Candidates should understand invoice processing, reconciliations, internal controls, and basic accounting principles. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, shared-services operations, and Microsoft Excel is valuable.
