Job Description

The Capability Building Manager is responsible for designing and delivering capability-development programs that strengthen employee skills, leadership effectiveness and business performance. Requirements typically include experience in learning and development, talent management, organisational capability, program management or a related field, together with strong stakeholder-management and communication skills. The successful candidate is expected to assess capability needs, translate business priorities into practical learning solutions, manage external partners and measure program impact. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, digital learning, change management and working across diverse teams would be advantageous.
