OSS/BSS Architect

Job Description

The OSS/BSS Architect is expected to design and guide solutions supporting telecom operations and business systems, including service provisioning, billing, customer management, product catalogues, integration, and SAP or cloud platforms. Requirements typically include strong OSS/BSS architecture experience, knowledge of telecommunications processes, enterprise integration, APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and solution design methods. Experience with SAP BTP, CRM, ERP, TM Forum frameworks, and agile delivery is advantageous. The candidate should be able to translate business needs into scalable architectures, produce technical documentation, work with delivery and client teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to bids or transformation programmes. Strong communication, consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills are expected.
