Job Description

The Environmental Engineer is expected to support environmental assessments, compliance programs, sustainability initiatives and risk-management activities for client projects. Typical requirements include a degree in environmental engineering, environmental science or a related discipline; relevant professional experience; knowledge of Malaysian environmental regulations and permitting; and familiarity with impact assessments, audits, monitoring and reporting. Experience with ESG frameworks, carbon accounting, waste management or environmental management systems is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical, report-writing and project-management skills, communicate confidently with clients and regulators, and work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams. Professional certifications and proficiency in English are valuable, while knowledge of Malay or other local languages may be helpful.
