Job Description

This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, handling steel products and materials, following production schedules, completing quality checks, and maintaining a safe, clean work area on the afternoon shift. Candidates are expected to work safely within a team, follow procedures accurately, meet production targets, communicate effectively, and perform physically active tasks, including standing, lifting and repetitive movements. Previous manufacturing, warehousing, machine operation or trade experience is advantageous, although suitable applicants may receive training. A strong safety focus, reliability, punctuality, attention to detail and willingness to work afternoon hours are essential.
