Account Coordinator

Job Description

The Account Coordinator supports customers and account managers by processing orders, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate account records and coordinating deliveries with internal teams. The role typically requires strong administrative and communication skills, attention to detail, confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in customer service, sales administration, manufacturing or a related commercial environment is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to build positive customer relationships, respond promptly to enquiries, resolve issues professionally, maintain data accuracy and contribute to safe, efficient team operations. Knowledge of steel products, supply chains or industrial markets may be beneficial but is generally learned on the job.
