Job Description

The LabWare LIMS role involves configuring, implementing, integrating and supporting LabWare Laboratory Information Management Systems for clients, particularly in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, chemicals and life sciences. Candidates are generally expected to have experience with LabWare LIMS, laboratory workflows, system validation, requirements gathering, testing, documentation and user training. Knowledge of SQL, databases, interfaces, reporting and regulated environments such as GxP is advantageous. Strong communication, analytical and client-facing skills are important, as the role may involve workshops, troubleshooting, project delivery and occasional travel. A degree in computer science, laboratory science, engineering or a related discipline is typically preferred.
