Job Description

The Project Coordinator role supports the planning and delivery of projects by coordinating schedules, documentation, budgets, meetings, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Candidates are generally expected to have experience in project administration or coordination, strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office and project management systems. Experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering or a related industrial environment is advantageous. The successful candidate should be proactive, dependable and comfortable managing competing priorities, tracking milestones, preparing reports and escalating issues promptly.
