Senior Analyst - Demand Planning & Reporting (Technology)

Job Description

The Senior Analyst will support demand planning, forecasting, reporting and technology-enabled improvements across Bluescope Steel’s supply chain operations. The role typically requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with demand or supply planning, and proficiency in data and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL or enterprise planning systems. Candidates should be comfortable interpreting complex data, preparing clear insights for stakeholders, improving reporting processes and managing competing priorities. Experience in manufacturing, steel, retail or another supply-chain environment is valuable. The successful candidate is expected to communicate effectively, work collaboratively with business and technology teams, maintain data accuracy and contribute to practical, continuous improvements.
