Job Description

The Trade Finance Operations Officer, Manager supports the processing and administration of trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, guarantees, import and export bills, and related documentation. The role typically requires a diploma or degree in banking, finance, business, or a related discipline, along with relevant trade operations experience and knowledge of ICC rules such as UCP and URDG. The candidate should be comfortable reviewing documents, managing operational risks, meeting strict deadlines, and coordinating with customers, relationship managers, compliance teams, and overseas offices. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, analytical ability, and knowledge of banking systems are expected. Experience supervising staff or improving processes may be required at manager level.
