Job Description

A Workplace Engineer at Capgemini supports and improves employees’ digital workplace environment, including laptops, desktops, collaboration tools, identity access, endpoint management and workplace applications. Typical requirements include a degree or diploma in information technology, experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune or similar endpoint-management platforms, and strong troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with ITIL, scripting, cloud services, cybersecurity controls and service-management tools is valuable. The candidate is expected to provide responsive technical support, manage incidents and requests, maintain secure and reliable devices, document solutions and contribute to workplace technology improvements.
