Job Description

The AI Adoption and Solutions Lead will help clients identify, design and implement practical AI solutions, supporting adoption from strategy through deployment. Requirements typically include strong experience in AI, automation, cloud or enterprise technology; familiarity with SAP and business transformation is advantageous; and proven ability to lead consulting, solution design or change initiatives. The candidate should communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage delivery risks and encourage responsible AI adoption. Experience in workshops, client engagement, business cases, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership is expected. Knowledge of data privacy, AI governance and emerging technologies would be valuable.
