Job Description

The AI Solution Leader role at Capgemini Malaysia is expected to shape and deliver AI-enabled business solutions, potentially involving SAP Business Technology Platform and related cloud services. Candidates should have strong experience in AI, solution architecture, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and translating business needs into scalable technical designs. Experience with SAP BTP, data platforms, integration, analytics, automation, and responsible AI is advantageous. The role requires leadership, stakeholder management, consulting, presales support, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary delivery teams. Capgemini will expect the candidate to advise clients, develop solution roadmaps, support proposals, manage delivery quality, and keep current with emerging AI and SAP technologies.
