Job Description

The Industrial Quality Engineer supports quality assurance across defense manufacturing or engineering activities. Typical requirements include a degree in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, aerospace, or quality engineering; experience with quality management systems, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, audits, inspection methods, and continuous improvement; and familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or defense-sector requirements. Candidates are expected to interpret technical documentation, investigate nonconformities, prepare quality reports, work with suppliers and production teams, and maintain strict confidentiality. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in regulated manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or defense environments, together with knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma, would be advantageous.
