Payroll Process Lead

Job Description

The Payroll Process Lead is expected to manage and improve payroll processes, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery across relevant business units. Typical requirements include experience in payroll operations, SAP or other enterprise HR/payroll systems, process improvement, stakeholder management and knowledge of Malaysian employment and payroll regulations. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating with HR, finance, technology teams and external vendors, investigating payroll issues, documenting procedures and supporting system changes or implementations. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to manage deadlines, maintain confidentiality and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP or global payroll environments would be advantageous.
