Job Description

The Workday Security Application Consultant designs, configures and supports Workday security models, including role-based permissions, business-process security and user access controls. Requirements typically include experience with Workday Security, HCM or related enterprise systems, knowledge of business processes and identity/access management, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Workday reporting, integrations, data protection and audit controls is valuable. Candidates are expected to work closely with clients and delivery teams, translate business requirements into secure solutions, document configurations, support testing and resolve production issues. Strong communication, consulting and stakeholder-management skills are essential. Relevant Workday, HR technology or security certifications may be preferred.
