Job Description

This work-study position supports the sales team with customer follow-up, preparing commercial documents, updating CRM records, coordinating meetings, monitoring opportunities and assisting with reporting. Candidates are generally expected to be enrolled in a business, sales, management or related programme and to have strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills. Fluency in French and English may be required, depending on the client portfolio. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM tools and digital working environments is helpful. Capgemini will expect a proactive, reliable learner who can manage priorities, communicate professionally and develop an understanding of technology services and consulting sales.
