Job Description

This Managing Consultant role helps organizations define their purpose, shape long-term strategy, and turn strategic priorities into measurable business and cultural change. Typical requirements include a bachelor’s degree, strong consulting or corporate strategy experience, excellent research, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to work with senior executives. Experience in organizational purpose, sustainability, transformation, operating-model design, employee engagement, or strategy execution is valuable. The successful candidate is expected to lead client engagements, develop compelling recommendations, manage project teams, contribute to business development, and communicate confidently across multicultural environments. Fluency in English is important, while knowledge of the Malaysian or Southeast Asian market is advantageous.
