Job Description

The Senior Sales Representative will develop and manage Capgemini’s utilities-sector business across Malaysia, particularly the West Coast. Responsibilities typically include identifying prospects, building relationships with utility companies, understanding client technology and business needs, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets. Candidates are expected to have several years of B2B technology or consulting sales experience, preferably within utilities, energy, telecommunications, or related industries. Strong knowledge of enterprise technology, cloud services, digital transformation, and consulting solutions is valuable. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and account-management skills are essential. The role also requires commercial awareness, independence, willingness to travel, and the ability to collaborate with delivery, solution, and leadership teams.
