The Talent Attraction Specialist 1 supports recruitment marketing, employer branding, candidate engagement, sourcing and early-stage hiring activities. Typical requirements include a degree or diploma in human resources, communications, business or a related field, strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media, and good organizational ability. The candidate is expected to build positive relationships with applicants, coordinate interviews and hiring events, maintain accurate applicant records, promote Capgemini as an employer of choice and work effectively with recruiters and business stakeholders. A proactive attitude, discretion, attention to detail and willingness to learn are important. Relevant internship or recruitment experience is advantageous.
