Job Description

The ServiceNow Consultant designs, configures, implements and supports ServiceNow solutions for clients, translating business requirements into effective workflows and applications. Candidates typically need ServiceNow experience, knowledge of ITSM processes, requirements gathering, platform configuration, integrations and troubleshooting. Familiarity with JavaScript, REST APIs, Agile delivery and certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer is advantageous.
