Job Description

This Director role focuses on energy transition and utility network transformation, helping energy and infrastructure clients respond to decarbonisation, grid modernisation, renewable integration and changing regulatory requirements. Candidates are expected to bring substantial consulting or industry leadership experience in utilities, energy networks or infrastructure, along with strong commercial, programme delivery and stakeholder-management skills. Knowledge of operating models, digital transformation, asset management, smart grids and sustainability is valuable. The successful candidate should be comfortable shaping client strategy, developing business opportunities, leading multidisciplinary teams and presenting recommendations to senior executives. Experience managing large accounts, consulting engagements and regional or international programmes would be advantageous, as would strong communication skills and the ability to work across business and technology teams.
