Job Description

The Technician supports the hotel’s Engineering and Maintenance team by inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, mechanical, and general building systems. Candidates should have relevant technical training or practical experience in hotel, resort, building, or facilities maintenance. Basic knowledge of safety procedures, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and workplace tools is expected. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to respond to maintenance requests promptly. Good teamwork and communication skills are important, as technicians work with colleagues across the property and may interact professionally with guests. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required.
