Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but it offers excellent opportunities in luxury hotels, tourism, aviation, retail, events, restaurants, and corporate sales. Dubai is international, fast-paced, and multicultural, with modern infrastructure, beaches, shopping, dining, and year-round entertainment. Arabic is the official language, while English is widely used; Russian can be particularly useful in luxury tourism and leisure sales. The climate is hot for much of the year, with mild winters and very warm summers. Employers commonly sponsor work permits and residence visas for overseas hires, subject to approval and medical checks. Candidates should confirm whether accommodation, transport, insurance, flights, and relocation support are included. Living costs, especially rent and schooling, can be high, although the UAE generally has no personal income tax on employment earnings. Cultural awareness and respect for local laws are essential.
