Job Description

The Pool/Beach Attendant helps maintain a clean, safe and welcoming pool and beach environment for guests. Responsibilities typically include preparing loungers and towels, keeping the surrounding areas tidy, monitoring guest safety, assisting with umbrellas and beach equipment, responding promptly to guest requests, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. Candidates should have a friendly, service-focused attitude, good communication skills and the ability to work outdoors in hot, humid conditions. Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, pool or beach operation is beneficial. First-aid or lifesaving training may be preferred. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
