Job Description

The Pastry & Bakery Commis I supports the pastry and bakery team with preparing breads, desserts, pastries, mise en place and basic food production. Candidates should have culinary or pastry training, a genuine interest in baking, good hygiene awareness and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or bakery is helpful, although entry-level applicants with suitable training may be considered.
