CSR Intern (Employee Engagement, Communication)

Job Description

This internship supports Capgemini’s corporate social responsibility and employee-engagement activities in Malaysia. Typical responsibilities may include preparing internal communications, coordinating employee volunteering or community initiatives, creating newsletters and presentation materials, supporting events, maintaining engagement records, and helping measure participation and impact. Candidates are generally expected to be pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, business, public relations, sustainability, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, good organization, creativity, teamwork, and confidence using Microsoft Office or similar tools are important. The successful candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working with different stakeholders, and interested in workplace culture, social impact, and responsible business. Fluency in English is normally required; knowledge of Malay or other local languages may be beneficial.
