Job Description

The SAP FICA role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Financial Accounting and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable solutions. Candidates are expected to understand SAP FI-CA processes, including billing, invoicing, payments, collections, dunning, account determination, and integration with other SAP modules. Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, defect resolution, documentation, and client communication is typically required. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, utilities, telecommunications, public sector, or other high-volume billing environments is advantageous. Capgemini would expect strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a consulting environment and support regional or international projects.
