Job Description

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP FICO HANA Lead to guide the design, configuration, integration and delivery of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions on the public cloud. Candidates should have strong SAP FICO expertise, practical S/4HANA experience, knowledge of finance processes, and an understanding of SAP cloud architecture, integrations and implementation methodologies. The role typically requires leadership of functional teams, stakeholder management, requirements analysis, solution design, testing, migration and user support. Experience with SAP BTP, public-cloud deployments, regional or global projects, and client-facing consulting is advantageous. Candidates are expected to communicate clearly, manage delivery risks, mentor consultants and align SAP solutions with business objectives.
