Job Description

The Associate C2C Cash Applications Process Expert supports cash application activities within the customer-to-cash (C2C) process, including payment allocation, account reconciliation, exception handling, reporting and process improvement. The role typically requires experience in accounts receivable, cash applications or finance operations, along with familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP. Candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with international stakeholders. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP or related finance technologies may be advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to follow controls, meet service-level targets, resolve issues efficiently and contribute to standardisation and automation initiatives.
