Job Description

The Sales Enablement Specialist role supports sales teams by improving product knowledge, sales processes, tools, training materials and customer-facing resources. Depending on level, responsibilities may include coordinating training, maintaining content and systems, analysing sales performance, assisting with reporting, and supporting the rollout of commercial initiatives across Australia and the AMEA region. Candidates are generally expected to have experience in sales support, enablement, business operations, marketing or a related commercial function, together with strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
