Job Description

The Senior Solution Director will lead the design, shaping and delivery of ADM managed-services solutions, likely with a focus on SAP and SAP Business Technology Platform. The role requires strong experience in application management, enterprise technology, solution architecture, service transition and client engagement. Candidates should be able to translate business needs into scalable operating models, define service scope and governance, contribute to proposals, and manage senior stakeholder relationships. Experience leading large, multi-country teams, working with SAP solutions, commercial acumen and familiarity with ITIL, cloud platforms and digital transformation are expected. The candidate should be a confident communicator, commercially aware, delivery-focused and capable of balancing customer outcomes, innovation, quality and profitability.
