DFT Lead (Semiconductors)

Job Description

The DFT Lead will guide design-for-test activities for semiconductor products, including scan insertion, ATPG, memory BIST, fault coverage, test compression and silicon debug. The role typically requires a degree in electrical or electronics engineering, strong experience with DFT methodologies and EDA tools, and a solid understanding of RTL, ASIC flows and semiconductor manufacturing. Candidates should be comfortable leading engineers, defining DFT strategies, reviewing implementation results and working with design, verification, physical design and production-test teams. Clear communication, problem-solving ability and experience delivering projects to schedule are expected. Knowledge of industry standards, scripting and test-data analysis would be advantageous.
